Clyde participates in a conference call with Sen. Barrasso concerning the upcoming White House Summit on health-care. Sen. Barrasso discusses his concerns with the veracity of President Obama’s claims to be open. He also shares that while the threat of reconciliation is real even Sen. Byrd (D-VA) does not support its use.
